Defensoria RJ 8.3.1

The Defensoria RJ app is the tool that brings the Public Defender's Office of Rio de Janeiro closer to you. In an increasingly digital world, having quick and convenient access to information and services is advantageous. Therefore, the app aims to bridge the gap and streamline communication between citizens and the institution.

Simply install the app, register with your personal information, and verify your identity. The application will then be at your disposal for scheduling remote and in-person appointments; submitting documentation; checking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments; interacting with users and the Public Defender's Office; as well as tracking and obtaining information about processes, notifications, and lawsuits filed by the institution.

With this new tool, it will be even easier to seek the services of the Public Defender's Office and get updates on your case. The application is designed to enhance the services provided by the Defensoria and will serve as an additional access channel to the organization alongside the 129 helpline, the Citizen Relationship Center (CRC), and the headquarters located throughout the state.
